Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on ProBroker A2A ("the Platform") you confirm that you are a licensed real-estate professional (or, where applicable, the duly authorised representative of a licensed brokerage or developer) operating within the United Arab Emirates and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Agents must hold a valid RERA Broker Registration Number (BRN) and provide it during registration. The BRN is printed on every Agent-to-Agent contract you sign.
• Brokerages must hold a valid DED licence and ORN. Registration as a brokerage owner does not grant a public "verified" badge until a platform admin reviews the documents.
• Developers must control the project they list and provide the relevant master-developer documentation.

3. Conduct

• No spam, scraping, mass-messaging or impersonation.
• Listings must be genuine, accurate, and currently authorised. Misleading prices, fake permits, or duplicate inventory will result in immediate suspension.
• Bypassing a co-broke agreement (commission cuts on closed leads) is a permanent ban.

4. Contracts and signatures

When two agents sign a deal on the Platform, the signed PDF is stored as a record of the parties' commercial agreement. The Platform facilitates the contract but is not a party to it; disputes must be resolved between the agents and/or their brokerages.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Free trials are 14 days. After the trial, paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Refunds are at the Platform's sole discretion and limited to unused, pre-paid time.

6. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the listings, photos, and client data you upload. You grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process this data for the purposes of operating the service.

7. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the Platform's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, RERA regulations, or UAE law. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
