What we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, role, BRN, ORN, DED licence.
• Listings: photos, descriptions, prices, permit numbers, floor plans.
• Communications: messages between agents, deal events, signed contracts.
• Technical: IP address, browser, device, log timestamps, page views.

How we use it

• To operate the matching, messaging, and deal-signing features you ask for.
• To enforce RERA compliance and prevent fraud (verifying BRN/ORN against public registers).
• To send transactional emails (deal updates, OTPs, billing receipts).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with: payment processors, email/SMS providers, hosting infrastructure, and — where legally required — UAE authorities.

Retention

Signed contracts are retained for seven (7) years per UAE commercial record-keeping requirements. Other account data is retained while your account is active and for 12 months after closure unless a legal hold applies.

Your rights

• Access, correct, or download your data from Settings.
• Delete your account at any time (some records may be retained per the section above).
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or Notification preferences.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use HTTPS-only cookies. Internal access is restricted and logged.
